Two minutes from the M9 between Stirling and Edinburgh, this old Manor House has been lovingly transformed into a comfortable modern hotel with all the facilities that the modern day traveller would expect from a luxury four-star residence in the heart of central Scotland. Set in its own 44 acres of ground, the Inchyra Grange hotel is in the ideal location to explore the lands where some of the most pivotal moments in Scotland's rich and vibrant history took place. The Wallace Monument, Stirling Castle, Bannockburn Heritage Centre, Edinburgh Castle and the Falkirk Wheel are a few examples of the attractions that lay just a short drive away. Their 98 rooms are all en-suite and come as standard with WiFi access, satellite television and still/sparkling mineral water, as well as all the regular amenities you would expect from a quality hotel. Superior rooms also offer complimentary fruit bowl, slippers and bathrobes. Newspapers, interconnecting bedrooms and dry cleaning / laundry services are also available on request. With excellent chefs and the finest freshest produce, the Priory Restaurant offers a new flavour of Scottish Cuisine, called OPUS 504. Fine, traditionally prepared Scottish beef and wild, fresh fish are the centre-pieces of their mouth-watering menu, with other Scottish favourites like cullen skink and Stornoway black pudding making a welcome appearance.
